Tubular box spanner in accordance with the DIN 896 B standard, manufactured from hardened steel with a matt finish for long service life. Widely used for tightening or loosening both nuts and bolts, the spanner is designed with a fully hollow double hex profile to provide a firm grip on nuts and bolts in recessed or deep locations. The hollow design also makes the tool lightweight without compromising strength. It has cross holes in the body suitable for the insertion of a tommy bar to act as a lever, providing increased tightening capacity in demanding applications. The socket spanner is available in a range of sizes from 6-7 to 30-32.
