These multipurpose wooden handle knives, Sagano Model, are intended for kitchen use. They have the perfect size for peeling and coring fruits, vegetables, etc. In addition, the knives can be used as a table knife to chop all types of cooked foods. The blade is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2mm and a length of 10cm. It has a gloss mirror polished finish. The handle of the knife is made of natural kotibé wood with brass rivets elaborated in solid bar and in two pieces (female and male). The knife is dishwasher safe, although we recommend hand washing them for greater durability and, therefore, keeping the knives sharp (also by using the sharpening steel with reference number 41002599). This will prevent slips and cuts.
