This reusable protective face shield has an increased robustness and acts as a physical safety barrier for splashes and droplets of fluids, according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment (PPE) and the European Standard EN 166 (1) on eye protection. It comprise a polypropylene headband strap, a high-density polyethylene headband frame, an antiperspirant cushion and a highly transparent polycarbonate visor of 500 microns with optical class 1. This face shield can be folded up to 90° and it is lightweight.
