In addition, these knives have an injection moulded handle that provides a high level of sealing between the blade and handle, making a highly hygienic knife. The handle has rigidity, toughness and extraordinary wear resistance. We recommend hand washing the knives. The blade of the knives measures 10 cm and a thickness of 1.2mm.
